Hej då! I am here to let you know of my experiments of Swedish cooking. Tonight I cooked a soup with asparagus and shrimps (soppa med sparris och räkor) , and here is the recipe, http://recept.se/recept/vit-sparrissoppa-med-rakor

*I also added the water in which I cooked the shrimps

And this is a salad made with shrimps and lettuce, topped with a mediterranean dressing (oops! This time I did not prepare senap and dill sauce, but I can make it!)

Yesterday I went with my class to “garden of Ninfa”. I picked a rose dropped on the ground and now I am trying to drying it and make a bookmark with it.
